Our Story
Once, upon a time,

A maiden so fair, and so capable.
as lethal as she was lovely,
​
Labored in loneliness,
Where none could measure her equal.
​
And right when what was needed most,
A mysteriously bold and courageous nobleman appeared atop a mighty steed.

just As foretold by the ancient prophecy,
To deliver her into the true glory of her rightful destiny.
​
Against his charms, resistance was useless.
So madly, they fell into each other's arms.
​
For ever and ever, amen.
And now, we celebrate.

Guatemala
Michael had went on a mission trip to Guatemala way before meeting Sydney. On the last night in Casa Santo Domingo in Antigua, he stumbled upon the ruins in the hotel lit up by candlelight. He thought if he were to ever get married, he would want to get married there.
​
When talking to each other about what a wedding might look like, we decided a destination wedding would be perfect for what we wanted. In a quest to find the best location, Michael recommended Guatemala first, so we went together in May 2021 and fell in love with the country.
​
We felt it would be an amazing way to celebrate an intimate wedding, packaged as a vacation, to welcome any of our friends and family that can make it.​
